Leaders,

I've heard some confusion about dates, times and rules for our derby. So here is the deal:

Friday, Jan. 22, 6:45PM - Pack Meeting/ Derby Car Construction at Highland Park UMC .
Thursday, Jan. 28, 7PM - Track Construction/Decorating at Faith Chapel on Hoffmeyer. (no Scouts, Leaders only for construction)
Friday, Jan. 29, 6:30PM - Registration/ Open class Racing. (please reiterate to everyone that Scouts and anyone else who wants to participate must have a separate car than registered car to participate. 8 ounce weight on open class and 5 ounce weight limit on Saturday's race!)
Saturday, Jan. 30, 9AM - Pinewood Derby!

Rules: See the sheet included in the box with your block. No over-mods of the wheels including drilling hubs. No bearing or aftermarket wheels/axles!

We are gonna do hotdogs and chips, drinks at the Derby. We'll also try to get the Boy Scouts to deliver chicken bog if they're doing it that day!
